- Are farm visits possible without booking a cabin?
At this time we do not take appointments or visitors for farm visits just for animals. This is because of our personal schedules outside of bookings as we have full time work outside of the farm so times would be very limited. We hope in future this can change. - What do the cabins include, do I need to bring my own sheets and towels?
Our cabins have sheets, blankets and towels included. Along with an electric tea kettle, microwave, mini fridge, along with water. In colder months there are heaters and warmer months are coolers to help with comfort. - Can I book sauna time when reserving?
Sauna can only be booked for a one hour session when you arrive and is self heated. - How much are paljus and do I need to book a time?
Each cabin has its own palju, so you do not need to book a time and can use the palju whenever you wish for however long during your stay. Prices can be found here on our cabin page along with what cabin have the bubble and lighted paljus. - How can I pay for the extra services if I use a booking site?
If you book through AirBnB or Booking.com any extra services like palju and breakfast can be paid with cash or card when you arrive. - Is there anything special I should consider when booking to bring with me?
The cabins are equipped with essentials, however you should keep in mind the weather environment. Making sure you have comfortable outdoor shoes can be a real help if the weather is calling for snow, ice or lots of rain. - Are dogs and other pets allowed in cabins?
We do allow people to bring their pets at no extra cost but they need to be leashed when outside for their safety and safety of other animals. We have a variety of animals, big and small, that are both free in the yard and also in fenced in spaces. - Do I need to bring my own wood for palju or fireplace?
No, we will supply the wood needed for sauna sessions, palju heating and using the firepit. - How can we get to your place?
Unfortunately public transportation does not come close to us, only to the town center about 15km away. So best way is by car, there is also taxi services. - Can I use the facilities during the quiet hours?
Yes you can! Sauna and kota can be used during quiet hours, along with palju during quiet hours. Only animal shelter is closed during that time so the animals can sleep. However it is important to keep other guests in mind during that time as far as noise goes. - Can I charge an electric car?
We can allow electric car charging at 8A 1.8Kw, if the situation allows. The possibility depends on, among other things, the booking situation, the weather or electricity price peaks. If you feel a compelling need, charging is possible, taking into account the above-mentioned restrictions, even for a fee.
